The hotel fell short in several aspects. our room was not ready well after the check-in time. Apologetic staff were not present. it was a terrible experience.

modern gym savory options comfy robes
The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes! i used it daily. breakfast included many sweet and savory options. the hotel provided slippers and robes in the room. I found them very comfy.
the blackout curtains did not fully block the light! it was only a minor inconvenience.

the staff helped with a very early flight schedule, arranged a taxi and a breakfast box at 3:30 am. the spa was amazing with the best services i have experienced. i found the manager to be attentive and the therapists professional. i felt totally pampered .

The reception area impressed me immediately. The reception team was cute and helpful. My corner suite included a huge bed. The breakfast had a large selection of items, perfect for starting the day (especially the fresh fruit!).
I noticed that the gym lacked a wide range of weight machines.
